This season the snow is melting on the slopes with these three hot and spicy tales.Shelley and Tom are getting married. They invited their friends and family to come to Whistler, British Columbia to celebrate their love. As the wedding starts to take shape, love starts to form with some of the guests.Fire and IceAndi Radcliffe, the wedding planner, is awakened by the sounds of a fire alarm. She rushes out of the resort with the other guest to make sure that wedding party is safe and sound. Barely conscious that she runs outside in the snow with her skimpy sleep clothes, she is rescued by Jared, a sexy firefighter. Jared is every woman’s dream and he is ready to get down to some bedroom action with Andi. The chemistry between them is sky high but there is one catch. He wants to only stay in the bed with Andi. He lost his wife and true love three years ago. The pain is deep and he is not willing to let go of his late wife. He just wants a little fun and Andi is not the kind of girl who wants a one-night stand.I love the interaction between Jared and Andi. However, there is times when Jared needed a slap upside his head. There is sympathy that he lost his wife but his refusal to move on even when he constantly wants Andi is quite annoying. There is too much reference to the late wife and I feel that there is three people in the story. I didn’t necessarily care for that but I love that the author ends the story realistically and not with a rushed HEA.Slippery SlopeBrianna George is Tom’s boss and the only one from their job invited to the wedding. Though she is supposed to be having down time, she is still about business until she meets a sexy Aussie ski instructor, Zach. He gets her on the slopes and from their everything get a bit slippery. Zach is hot and younger but he knows that there is something there with Brianna.Hot! Hot! Hot! I really got into Zach and Brianna’s story. She is a bit uptight and reserve but her wild side comes out whenever Zach is around and he pushes her buttons to the maximum. At first, she tries to keep their relationship a secret in fear of jeopardizing her career and initially she comes off as superficial. However, once Zach peels back the layers and she reveals her background, her reasons are justified. Once she stops fighting Zach, she learns that he might be the right one for her.In Hot Pursuit of a Bad BoyTom’s little sister, Maddie has always had a thing for his friend, Logan. He is the fantasy of her childhood dreams. Once upon a time he kissed her and she thought that he would be around forever but he leaves town and doesn’t return until it is time for Tom’s wedding. Now Maddie seeks this opportunity to seduce Logan and get him to see her as an adult.Logan is a bad boy hottie with the attitude to match. He has always liked Maddie as well but seeing her this time as an adult is really tempting. There is some secrets that Logan harbors and he don’t want Maddie involved but she refuses to back down and launches her full blown seduction on him and how can he back down from that.Logan and Maddie story starts off great but somewhere along the way it gets a little bit muddle. Logan’s secret is not a real bad secret and once Maddie learns about it, she is okay with it. But the author references it a bit but really don’t explain or incorporate it into the story with enough details for me. Without giving away any spoilers, the secret could have been worked out more without adding additional pages to the story. Then Tom tries to hook Maddie up with another character and he falls off the grid and never returns. It is a weird addition of a character that turns out to be useless.
