Every once in a while, I come across a book that I neither loved nor hate. I neither liked or disliked. This is one of those books. It just left me speechless. This book is just all kinds of fucked up and that is the only way I can really think to describe. The vulgar language and behavior is on another level. I know some people had a hard time with the age difference but that didn't even bother me because the story was told over a span of time. I think their immature and crazy behavior bothered me at times. Eva, had some real issues. She made too many silly mistakes and her choices in men was crazy. I just didn't get it. Deuce was constantly cheating all the way to the end which was really fucked up. At times I had to laugh at this story because it was beyond crazy.Despite that, I find myself appreciating the fact that the author took so many risk and it definitely paid off because I was sucked in on this crazy ride and I didn't let go to the very end.
